Auctioneer Service

Authorized Auctioneers conduct the sales of properties at the designated times and locations specified in the Notice. Each auction is conducted according to the manner required by law. Our service includes the conducting of Foreclosure Sales at a designated sale location (when required) or from a centralized public place (i.e., courthouse or city hall). The volume of foreclosure sales we handle increases exposure to our client's sale information and the opportunity of third party participation. In addition, our website and automated sales line provides up to the minute information to speculators. On average our website gets over 1000 hits per day, that's 30,000 monthly and our Sales line receives 3,000 calls daily. A high volume of sales, better coverage, and our ability to have sales information available to the general public generates higher attendance at the foreclosure sales - which means that properties tend to sell faster and limit associated severities. The experience, professionalism, and expertise of our auctioneers give our clients the added assurance the job is being done appropriately.
